What exactly is inStorify?

We love STORES and the story of every entrepreneur behind a store!!! We believe physical retail is not dead but going through a transformation and we are here to support it.

We believe in physical retail coexisting with online retail (87% of retail is still made offline). It starts with their revenue and operating model, mimicking online marketplaces:

  • Stores should not fall short in cash every month => inStorify helps them save cash on hands by no longer tying up cash in inventory.
  • They should have the most appealing product offering on shelves at any given point instead of being stuck with slow movers / deadstock => We help them AB test novelty in store like never before and get rid of slow movers in a click.

Instorify helps independent pet retailers discover new, high-margin products and order from verified brands. You get curated drops, simple ordering, and no commitment.

Does it cost anything to join? How does pricing work?

No. Instorify is free to join for physical retailers + free shipping.

How do i receive my products?

Our verified brands will ship your order directly to your retail location, in general within 10 days. We track the shipment for you.

How do a access my store dashboard?

Log in to inStorify and once in the account hub, click on "My Dashboard" to access your dashboard. Nothing to do, we keep it all updated for you

How do you choose the brands?

We vet every brand for product quality, reliability, margins, and shipping speed. We prioritize categories stores ask for, like women-owned, organic, gives-back, and not sold on Amazon or Chewy.

Are there minimum order requirements?

No minimums — completely flexible. We cover any shipping costs and returns.

How does returns work?

We do it all for you. You receive a pre-paid shipping label, UPS comes and pick it up. If in NYC or SF areas, instorify staff can come. We cover your return cost and provide shipment pick up.

What information is required for me to get started?

Every store and brand we work with is vetted. Our team will create your inStorify store page once you are onboarded, no additional information is needed except for your shipping address to your retail location. No payment info needed.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one. Instorify works because brands want their products in great independent stores — and stores want fresh, curated items without spending hours searching. We cut all the noise in between.
