As soon as you walk in, you can tell that it is such a friendly/caring environment and your pup will be loved on throughout the whole process. I was more than impressed with this groomer from my initial phone call and speaking with Desiree to the time I picked up my Bella from her appointment! You could tell that Desiree had the knowledge and experience needed to be able to handle animals that have anxiety. This was Bella's first time ever getting groomed by a professional and I was very worried for her anxiety. But Desiree really put us at ease. When I picked Bella up, I was shocked to see her in the play area with other dogs! She looked amazing and smelled wonderful. She was wagging her tail so I knew she was no longer anxious and had a great experience. I highly recommend this place if you're fur baby has anxiety like mine. I will definitely be back to bring Bella's sister for her first visit too! Thank you so much Desiree for your attention to detail and helping us to have such a pleasant experience!
