I have issues with very dry lips. Although I use high quality lip balms my lips still get dry or hard skin forms on the bottom one requiring scrub. This is perfect, I use pre balm and it’s made a difference

I live in the Pacific Northwest, and my lips feel chapped CONSTANTLY. I've used countless exfoliators and spent TONS of money on high end lip moisturizers and masks. This is the ONLY thing that has worked for me. It smells fantastic, it is insanely moisturizing, and it really truly works. I take a small amount, warm it up between my fingers, massage it into my lips for a full 2 minutes and rinse away the sugar every morning and then again before bed followed by my favorite moisturizer. MAGIC.
