I'm so glad I discovered this store (a mere block away from my apartment)! I had been ordering my cats' food through Chewy and was growing weary of the varying quality of the food. I noticed Furry Rascals while walking around and, upon entering, was impressed by the diversity of options for cat food and other products; what's more, my interaction with the employee was very pleasant. I'm excited to make this my go-to spot for pet products!

I visited Furry Rascals today for the first time, and it already has become my favorite pet store! They keep so many items in stock and many variations of each. They are also a health-conscious store, so their pet food options are full of nutrients and none of the cheap filler. Best of all, the owner is extremely knowledgable. He is familiar with each of the products he keeps in stock, what makes them unique, and which are appropriate for your pet. Plus his cat is such a sweetheart and hangs out inside the store. I will be a lifelong customer from here on.

What a little GEM in this neighborhood! So grateful they've been helping take care of my kitties for the 3.5 years I've been vascularly estrangulated into my home with only my two feline overlords taking care of my very disabled ass. Even last minute orders often VERy responsive and prompt. Good at mixing things up when I was in the early bird-flu era of trying to figure out what foods my cats can eat (which I guess continues... we all miss raw food). If anything wasn't right they were eager to make it right. THey understood my access needs (no phone calls possible) WAY more quickly than most BUSINESSES that LEACH OFF DISABLED PEOPLE EXCLUSIVELY (see: NoMotion review!), taking care of my orders entirely over text as I needed. THey're so appreciated!
