Founded by Megan, who moved to Idaho Falls from Chicago in 2007, the daycare is run alongside her husband and three children. After building a family through adoption and welcoming several furry companions of their own, Megan and her family turned their passion for animals into a mission to care for as many dogs as possible. Their shared love for animals shines through in every part of the business, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like a second home for pets.
The daycare provides a full range of services designed to enrich your pet’s life and make every visit joyful. In addition to boarding, offerings include grooming, training, daycare, and walk-a-la-carte services. My wife and I were visiting Idaho Falls, and needed a reputable kennel to board our Golden Retriever for a couple days. After researching user reviews, we decided on Megan’s Northgate Animal Boarding facility. I was immediately impressed with receptionist Jessica’s friendly yet professional demeanor. Today we were supposed to pick up Honey by six, which is closing time. I explained to Jessica that we couldn’t get there before closing. She then arranged for us to get Honey a couple hours later for a nominal charge. At that time we dealt with the business owner, Megan. She was a joy to interact with, and even gave me a military discount. I had noticed an American flag at the entrance to her driveway. Being a former Marine, I truly appreciated that!In closing, I must recommend Megan’s Northgate Animal Boarding facility highly.Bravo Megan and staff!
