The best pet store ever! Got my two kitties there also!! Joan really cares about the cats and dogs and her clients. I even drive over once a month from Manhattan to get food toys and litter to help support her. Great shop support small business.

This store is a real neighborhood institution. We used to come here all the time when our dogs were younger, now we are in the process of adopting again, so of course, we went in again to pick up food and a few other things, we were considering a crate and went to ask the salesperson for the price, and she said "it's free". Turns out people who don't need their crates been dropping them off and the store were giving them to people who needed them. They totally could have sold me a crate and instead, they just gave it!When we told the salesperson that we were adopting a Chihuahua, she grabbed a bunch of toys and a couple of sweaters from the back and just gave them to us!Thank you PS9, you rock!
