At Side B, we launched with a mission to champion small batch makers, women-owned companies, POC & LGBTQ+ businesses, sustainable fashion, and eco-conscious lifestyles. We believe in the power of community and the importance of supporting diverse, innovative creators who are making a positive impact on the world. By curating a selection of thoughtfully chosen products, we aim to offer our customers unique, humorous items that not only bring joy but also align with their values.
Since our opening in February 2022, we've had an incredible journey. Celebrating our one-year anniversary, we've built strong relationships with our neighbors, donated to various charities, and became the first retailer for many startup businesses. We've also hosted events safely during the pandemic, providing a platform for emerging brands to shine. Our exclusive Side B merchandise, created in collaboration with our talented vendors, has been a testament to our commitment to quality and creativity. We're proud to offer a space where unique, purpose-driven products can thrive, and we invite you to join us in this exciting venture. Cheers to making the world a little brighter, one small batch at a time!

Side B is the best gift shop you never knew you needed. Nothing in this store is here by accident and if you take a second to talk to the owner she'll tell you the story of the product. Whenever I visit this store I always find something great for a friend and something for myself as well. From clothing to house wears to snacks, Side B is a gem in Astoria.

The cutest store full of really awesome merch. The owner has a great eye for cool vintage and stuff by local artists/makers. I reached out to find out when face rollers would be back in stock and Lyn, the owner, didn't hesitate to order another batch and let me know when they came in. The customer service was amazing. Can't wait to go back.

Stumbled upon this place and could not be happier! They have local crafts and arts, tons of soaps and fun home goods! I left with a little homemade tray and a fan - both beautiful and well priced!
