The "new" Family Pet is, by far, the most outstanding pet store with the best customer service in Rockland! Not only are they the only store that carries and delivers the specialty cat kibble she needs, but at a huge discount than anywhere else. As a non-driving senior, the exceptional owners/managers Doug & Pete really go above and beyond in every way. Special orders, delivering in person so I'll have before weekend, top notch communication. Chewy didn't even carry the flavor dry food she prefers!
