I was puppysitting and ran out of food due to extended stay so I called to see if Village Pets carried the specific Puppy food that I needed.They picked up on the 1st ring, checked inventory and gave me 3 options for what they had in store.Friendly, fast and efficient service via phone and in store too. Thank You so much for stocking up a nice variety of toys and quality pet food! I'll return another day for sure!

I had an appointment nearby so today I was just walking past this pet supply store. I dropped by for some cat and dog food since I needed it anyways. The staff helped me out quickly and showed me where the raw food was. I picked up some cat food too. So, I usually buy the Instinct raw patties for my dog but they didn't have it in stock. They are able to special order anything for you ahead of time though. I feel lucky because they had the Instinct raw beef bites. I got the last bag! It's basically the same food that my dog usually eats, except the form looks different is all(patties vs bites). I got the largest bag of their beef bites for $36.99 before tax! It's the first time I've bought Instinct raw for less than $40, so that's pretty great! For sure I'll come by when I'm in the area again. Thanks Village Pets!

This has become my goto pet supply store, both for it's easy location from my apartment and the amazingly awesome staff. They're always quick to help, answer questions, and have a friendly smile. I'm in here at least a few times a month picking up pet supplies and food, and it's always the highlight of my grocery shopping trips.The aisles can be a bit of a tight squeeze to get around, especially if you're already hauling groceries and bags from elsewhere, but if anything, it's a sign of the wide variety of pet supplies available.
