Jackie made sure to gently introduce herself to our boy before we parted ways with him; very kind and patient with the pets. She put our Rue Rue completely at ease, so we felt safe leaving him with her!

Highly recommended! This past Monday, we took our little Chloe for a full treatment; shampoo, cut and nails! Chloe had a lot of matting, Excellent work done by Wendy! We've previously taken her to PetCo, (Montclair), the experience was disappointing and terrible. Petco stressed her out so bad and worst they nicked the inside of both her ears with the shears. I don't believe we will ever use another pet grooming service other than Wag N Purr grooming. Thank you, Wendy for the excellent work and professionalism.

This is my second time here with my cat Kevin and I really loved the experience both visits. I had forgot to write a review the first time!The staff members were all really nice and they definitely paid a lot of attention to detail and requests. They were also quite accommodating and very attentive from the start. They always asked questions to make sure the grooming session was safe for my cat and for them. My cat Kevin is very mild tempered just a little anxious but they were happy to have him and even sent me photos during his bath! He was quite adorable .I have been to the groomers at Pet Depot in La Verne for almost a year but was never fully satisfied despite how much I appreciated their service. My cat was always wet a little bit and never really smelled good just...a little cleaner. But that all changed when I found Wag n Purr. From the first appointment when I received my cat he was super duper clean and he smelled amazing! He's never looked better and I'm glad to say the pricing here is also very fair!I have become very happy to find such a great location to care for my cat's grooming services and will definitely continue coming monthly~
