I've been coming here for a few months and really love the variety of classes they offer. The studio is very nice and always has fresh tea :)

Every single thing about this studio deserves 5 stars! It’s clean, friendly, comfortable, inclusive. The classes are fun and physically very intuitive. The environment is not intimidating, and the studio location is perfect, on a peaceful corner in Windsor Terrace with lots of light and trees outside and tons of fun plants inside. There’s always a fresh pitcher of iced tea (or pot of hot tea) to sip on while you get comfortable and ready for class. I didn’t think it before I started coming here, but it’s all these small details combined that really deepen my practice and make classes here the highlight of my week!

So happy to be able to take class indoors, but they also offer virtual classes. I Love this studio! Love all the positive energy that is in this space. Every time I walk in I feel like I am in a safe place.It is a no judgment zone. As they guide you through the practice They remind you to do what your body needs. They assist for any modifications and give tips for you to feel success no matter what level you are on. They also have a gift shop with items from local artists and entrepreneurs. As well as eco-friendly gifts! After class they offer tea and answer any questions you may have about yoga. Great energy from Sunee and Evalena! Namaste!
